- Managing meeting schedules
- Collating and reviewing agendas and meeting papers
- Supporting the chair at meetings
- Capturing minutes and managing action items
- Tracking progress of work items
- Reporting on progress of items and updating records
- Managing the division’s participation in various departmental and whole-of-government committees/groups by keeping track of meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Managing the process for all-staff meeting and nominations for divisional awards
- Provide support to the Coordination and Workforce Strategy functions of the team, as required.
- Any ad-hoc requests or administrative support, as required.
