Form of work APS5-6 Senior Compliance/Investigation Officers IPA has a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded Federal Government agency dedicated to improving the quality and safety of NDIS services and delivering support to both participants and providers. There are multiple opportunities available across all major cities in the below positions – APS5-6 Compliance & Senior Compliance/Investigations Officers – $61.67 per hour Super You will have demonstrated previous experience in compliance and regulatory services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leading approaches and investigations into service providers Conduct compliance monitoring, gathering evidence, conducting quality assessments Working with providers to help them understand their obligations and address any non-compliance issues and risks Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. APS6 Senior Project Officers – $53.50 per hour Super You will have demonstrated experience in conducting research and analysis solving regulatory challenges to promote quality and safeguards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Contribute to all proactive and reactive regulatory activity to promote compliance Support the design and implementation of regulatory campaigns and projects Utilize effective written and verbal communication skills to support stakeholder engagement requirements and report submissions.
