Job Title: APS5 Credit Card Officer
Location: Canberra, Australia (in-person role, not hybrid)

Join our clients dynamic team within a leading company based in Canberra. With over 3000 staff members, we're embarking on an exciting transition as we issue new corporate cards through NAB. We are seeking a dedicated Credit Card Officer to facilitate this process seamlessly.
Position Overview:
As an APS5 Credit Card Officer, you will play a crucial role in the transition process, ensuring the smooth issuance and management of corporate Credit Cards. This role requires someone with previous experience in travel management or corporate Credit Card administration, ideally with familiarity with Tech One. You will work closely with the Credit Card Team to guarantee efficient processes and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the transition process for issuing corporate Credit Cards through NAB.
- Ensure all cards are received and processes are followed according to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Credit Card Team to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the transition.
- Provide support and assistance to staff members with inquiries related to their corporate Credit Cards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the process.
Requirements:
- No mandatory qualifications required.
- Previous experience in travel management or corporate Credit Card administration is highly desirable.
- Ability to learn quickly with limited training time.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Position Details:
- Role:APS5 Credit Card Officer
- Location: Canberra, Australia (in-person)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Assignment Duration: 5 months
- Commencement Date: May 1, 2024
- Expected End Date: End of September 2024
- Desire a baseline security clearance
