Position Available: Sales Representative/Warehouse/Stock Controller
Employment Type: Full-time, 38 hours per week
Summary:
We're seeking a proactive Sales Representative/Warehouse/Stock Controller to collaborate closely with management in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining office operations, and ensuring the efficient functioning of our showroom and warehouse. This role plays a pivotal part in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence, supporting our daily operations from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 12:00noon Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of sales and office duties with efficiency and professionalism.
- Cultivate and nurture strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Actively promote all available products to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
- Maintain a tidy, well-organised showroom to showcase our products effectively.
- Assist in daily stock management tasks, including rolling stocktakes and managing goods inwards/outwards, along with associated paperwork.
- Coordinate purchasing activities to ensure a comprehensive solution for customers' requirements.
- Ensure accurate pricing and adhere to workplace safety laws and regulations at all times.
- Be prepared to work overtime when necessary, in alignment with management's directives.
- Approach all interactions with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and management with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Demonstrate punctuality and diligence in all work assignments.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction in all aspects of the job.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, office administration, and warehouse management essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales packages (e.g., MS Office suite).
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and practices.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet business demands.
