Our client is a Federal Government agency tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Currently seeking a Coordinator or Administrator with previous experience working in Legal, Policy and HR /Recruitment to join their busy team for a 12-month temporary assignment.About the role:
- HR and recruitment coordination including onboarding and off boarding of perm and contractor staff
- Email inbox management and coordination
- Stakeholder engagement - both internal and external
- Administration tasks for the team including program and activity coordination
- Document preparation including general correspondence, briefs, policies and strategic documents
- Policy administration duties as required
- You will have a high attention to detail
- You will have strong time management and organisation skills
- You will be flexible to work in fast paced, ever changing environment
- You will have previous administration skills working in a HR or recruitment capacity
- You will have previous experience working with legal documents and government policies
- You will have intermediate to advanced IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
- ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
- 12-month temporary assignment
- Full time hours Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day
