The Role

Join our client's team as a Compliance Investigations Officer, contributing to vital compliance monitoring and investigations. Be a part of disrupting and preventing fraud through operational activities and enforcement actions. Multiple positions available; seize the opportunity to make a difference. 

  • Investigative Expertise: Exercise powers to inform briefings for varied outcomes
  • Collaborative Impact: Liaise with government agencies, share insights, and recommend solutions
  • Regulatory Vigilance: Implement and monitor impactful regulatory actions, including large-scale disruptions
  • Team Leadership: Contribute to planning and monitoring processes for a small, dynamic team 
The Ideal Person

The ideal candidate for this role is a dynamic professional with a passion for compliance and investigations, specifically within the disability services sector. You should demonstrate: 

  • Legal Acumen: Expertise in navigating and applying relevant legislation and rules
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop risk-based and proportionate compliance responses
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in coordinating teams, setting performance indicators, and fostering a culture of independence and professionalism 
A Baseline clearance will be required for this role.

Salary / Rate

  • $53/hr - $66/hr + super
  • 18-month contract 
  • Location: Australia-wide
