Aps6 And El1 Contract Management Officers

Duties

• Work closely with the Procurement and Finance teams to produce all procurement documentation and manage procurement and Contract Management activities.
• Develop contracts and agreements
• Manage operational procurement plans and procurement documentation 
• Conduct assurance reviews and reporting for procurement and Contract Management activities.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Represent the organisation in meetings and negotiations with external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the annual reviews of Facilities related policies to ensure they are current and fit for purpose and contribute to the maintenance and development of operational procedures and practices.
• Work collaboratively with the department Work Health and Safety team on the seamless delivery of services.

•  A strong and recent background working in procurement or Contract Management
• Demonstrated application of high level oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write complex approach to market documentation
• Demonstrated high level of stakeholder management skills, including excellent negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to establish and influence productive working relationships with business stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in undertaking detailed analysis of complex issues and providing well considered guidance and advice to senior management and key stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team in a fast paced, high volume environment with complex procurement and Contract Management activity
