Our client, based in Subiaco, is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to complete hardware preparation, provide hardware related technical support to third party installers and the business through the development of technical documentation and responding to enquiries.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing hardware support to installation partners as a first point of contact for installation support.
- Providing hardware support and coaching to internal departments, including client care, to deliver technical information on hardware and solutions.
- Ensuring systems are configured and activated to deliver agreed solutions to clients.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation to support installation quality standards.
- Actively supporting the development of systems and processes between technical department, other departments and customers.
- Actively support the designing, testing and improving of solutions.
- Maintain the upkeep of sim card management.
- Provide technical support to the business as needed.
You will have:
- Auto Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical aptitude is preferred.
- Proven experience in a relevant hands-on technical role.
- Attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical mindset, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Competent with Microsoft suite.
- An enthusiastic self-starter with passion, energy, and a flexible approach to work.
You must be based in Perth and have full working rights for this role.
