The APS6 Fraud Intelligence Analyst is required to provide detailed technical, professional, policy, operational support and advice in relation to complex problems.Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Utilize Certificate IV in Government (Investigation) or equivalent for planning and producing financial intelligence outputs.
• Conduct fraud assessments and produce financial intelligence reports from collected information.
• Lead tactical intelligence projects, including task assignment and findings articulation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and guidelines for information management.
• Contribute to business rule development and analysis avenues.
• Produce financial intelligence products within specified timeframes and compliance frameworks.
• Maintain accurate files and records related to business decisions and intelligence activities.
• Provide ongoing intelligence support for investigation matters.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data interrogation.
