Our client is seeking to engage an APS6 Programme Delivery – Training on a contract. Contract length: 6 months with potential extension. Role Overview: This role will involve exposure to material and situations that may be confronting or disturbing, and that may cause personal distress. The Taskforce has a range of wellbeing supports available to staff both during and after their time with the Taskforce. Ideal Candidate:Ideally have experience in training package creation – design, production, testing and readiness.This role requires regular updates on progress through briefs and reporting so excellent written communications are essential.Effective project management methodologies to achieve outcomes that support broader Defence organisation in response to recommendations from the Royal Commission.Ability to create and nurture stakeholder relationships to achieve programme deliverables – both internal and external.Work well as part of a larger team to meet objectives.Ability to meet deadlines.Knowledge of government training systems would be desirable.
