Our client is seeking to engage an APS6 Secretariat to join a on a contract best up until the 30/06/2024.
The role:
The Secretariat will be responsible for organising meetings, assisting with composing briefs, distributing minutes and general administrative duties as directed.
Key Deliverables:
- Taking and distributing minutes
- Organising meetings and agendas
- Working on briefs to the executive
- Managing communications and enquiries
- Build constructive relationships across the department.

- Citizenship - To be eligible for employment with the Department of you must be an Australian citizen.
- Security Clearance - This position requires a Baseline security clearance. You will be required to obtain and maintain a clearance at this level.
