- Use a range of techniques to resolve complaints, such as investigation, conciliation or service provider resolution
- Managing calls and managing difficult conversations while identifying, escalating and managing risks
- Accurately recording information including, preparing detailed reports, correspondence and recommendations
- Effectively managing individual caseloads while contributing to the overall objectives and outcomes of your team
- Other related/connected duties as required
- Complete all required mandatory training programs as required
- Demonstrated experience in complaints handling, dispute resolution, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to apply legislation and make impartial recommendations based on evidence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Australian citizenship (mandatory)
- Seasonal Influenza Vaccination
- Vaccination against COVID-19 (two vaccinations and one booster)
- Successful candidates are required to undertake a Police Records Check prior to commencement of employment
