Job description

Duties and responsibilities: Use a range of techniques to resolve complaints, such as investigation, conciliation or service provider resolution Managing calls and managing difficult conversations while identifying, escalating and managing risks?? Accurately recording information including, preparing detailed reports, correspondence and recommendations?? Effectively managing individual caseloads while contributing to the overall objectives and outcomes of your team Other related/connected duties as required Complete all required mandatory training programs as required About you: Demonstrated experience in complaints handling, dispute resolution, etc. Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to apply legislation and make impartial recommendations based on evidence Excellent written and verbal communication skills Eligibility requirements: Australian citizenship (mandatory) Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Vaccination against COVID-19 (two vaccinations and one booster) Successful candidates are required to undertake a Police Records Check prior to commencement of employment If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply immediately.
