AddressYulur Heritage has casual and contract opportunities for early career and experienced archaeologists.
Yulur Heritage is a company established by Wintawari Guruma Aboriginal Corporation (WGAC) to provide heritage consultancy services to industry, private and public sector developer operating in Muntulgura Guruma country in the central Pilbara.
We have several large field projects requiring a range of skills and expertise, including field survey, excavation and sample collection, and specialist technical analysis.
Fieldwork is generally in remote areas and may comprise fly-in-fly-out work. Our office is based in Perth.
We are looking for people with:
- great communication skills;
- an ability to work effectively in a team and on individual projects;
- experience working in remote areas, and ability to travel as required;
- qualifications and experience in archaeology or a related discipline;
- a current manual C-class drivers licence; and,
- a strong interest in Traditional Owner driven research.

It is desirable but not essential that you have

- First Aid qualification (Senior First Aid or equivalent)
