Job Requirements:
- The production of construction documentation and details is a core responsibility for this role.
- Liaison with estimators and site managers to ensure seamless coordination throughout the construction process.
- Project coordination to maintain project schedules and ensure timely deliverables.
- Provide drawings and documentation for tenders, masters, and site plans.
- Prepare sketches, plans, working drawings, and site specifications to meet project requirements.
- Demonstrate proficiency in producing detailed documentation of site plans for various projects.
- Construction detailing
- Be able to understand the Design & Construct requirements
- Thorough construction knowledge
- Able to read plans thoroughly without supervision
- Experience in ArchiCAD
- Monday-Friday office based
- Work on exciting Home Designs
