AddressKey Responsibilities:
· Drafting technical plans using AutoCAD over architectural drawings and techniques.
· Analyse feasibility and implantation of cranes and hoisting devices through architectural/structural drawings for architectural design and construction purposes.
· Analysing and interpreting plans ensuring regulatory requirements and standards applicable.
· Drafting initial sketches, detailed drawings, and project specifications.
· Refining, revising, and finalising architectural plans, diagrams, and technical drawings to accommodate crane and hoist works.
· Fully familiar with 2D CAD and basic 3D CAD – preferably with trade or industry background.
· Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, builders, other construction industry professionals.
