Our client is a deeply rooted member of Melbourne's Architectural scene. With decades under their belt and a pathway laid out to further cement their legacy, this 30-person studio located on the eastern fringes of the CBD is looking to bring onboard an Architectural Technician.
Our client is diversified in their typologies, with expertise in education, multi-residential, aged-care, health, early learning, life sciences, sporting facilities and the occasional residential project. This studio is a breeding ground for careers, with average tenure of staff being over 5 years.
This is a testament to the strong leadership within the business who seek to build a team that is driven to consistently deliver great projects for their clients through internal collaboration and knowledge sharing.

- A minimum of 3 years local post-graduate experience working in an Architectural Draftsperson/Technician role
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in Revit as a strong Revit user

Our client puts people first. Built around the concept of community, this studio fosters an environment that isn't built on ego. But built on collaboration and knowledge sharing. With weekly internal team functions, a well-stocked snacks and bar fridge coupled with a stunning view, the only thing I can fault is that I don't work there fulltime (something to do with me being a Melbourne supporter). Humour aside, this studio is the type of environment where even a fiddle leaf fig can be moved, and it wouldn't die.
This role is perfect for someone who loves drafting and is wanting a place they could call a forever home. I implore any candidate who believes they would be suitable for this role to apply.
We actively work on roles that we don't get a chance to advertise so you will always be in consideration for any roles.
