About the Role:
You will report to an experienced Head of Retail and play a key role in a team of Area Leaders and Trainers partnering with franchisees and company store managers.
Supported by experienced Marketing, Franchise Development and Finance professionals, you will take ownership of a portfolio of stores in a role which will see you travel regularly interstate and to Regional Queensland.
You will have a clear mission:
- To attract and retain high calibre company store staff, coaching and guiding them to continually higher levels of performance and delivering sustainable store profitability through delighting customers.
- To provide the same level of coaching and guidance to franchisees, helping them create wealth through delivering outstanding customer experiences that lead to profitable, sustainable businesses.
You are a retail professional with:
- Proven success in franchised as well as company-owned store environments.
- Experience in large format retail, or environments requiring a consultative selling process rather than a transactional one.
- A demonstrated history of coaching and inspiring individuals and teams to sustainable success, measured by both financial performance and customer feedback.
