- Increase standards of customer service.
- Overseas the day-to-day operation of the territory.
- Develop a deep understanding of territory needs and opportunity.
- Provide training and development for staff.
- Cultivate and develop high-performing leaders within the region.
- Communicate with the team regularly.
- Ensure quality consistency and compliance across the territory.
- Maximise sales and profitability in the region.
- Drive sales targets and KPI’s.
- Identify key growth opportunities within the territory to create solid business cases.

Skills & Experience:
- Must-have: 2 years of account management experience in the beauty industry
- Excellent organisational skills, managing multiple salons / projects at one time.
- Great time management, planning, & interpersonal/influencing skills
- Solid verbal & written communication
- Exceptional customer focus
- Proactive, can-do attitude; team player & solid work ethic
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Intermediate computer skills
- Qualification in Beauty Therapy advantageous.
