Role Overview:

• Manage a cluster of 6 corporate locations
• Support restaurants in enhancing store performance through effective team management
• Focus on mentoring, coaching, and fostering a strong team ethos
• This role is a head office role but is predominantly field-based, actively involved in store operations
• Responsible for P&L management
• Utilise existing business systems and processes to optimise operations

Candidate Profile:

• Strong personal and leadership values
• Team-centric approach
• Experience in fast/fresh casual dining is a must
• Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
• Proven track record in multi-site management
• Hands-on and dynamic presence in-store
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Proficient in all restaurant operational tasks, from grill to till
