About the Role
The role is responsible for leading a group of branches and staff within a territory. Strong leadership skills and excellent commercial acumen are required to ensure the branches maximise sales, and margin, and manage debtor performance and inventory productivity. All aspects of the role are to be performed according to company standards and adhering to occupational health and safety guidelines.
Skills & Experience
- Understanding pricing process and price schedules
- Proven team management, leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Understanding supply chain and inventory management
- Use and understanding of working instructions and standards and measures.
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers
Responsibilities
- Lead and Develop an Effective Team
- Generate Sales / Maximise Profitability
- Establish a culture of customer service excellence
- Guide Branch Managers in the development of the business plan and budget
- Monitor the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly checklists, for each branch, including all reports.
