The Role
The Army Lead Content Modeller supports Director Business Intelligence as the Army Business Management System Area Owner delegate.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing ongoing support for the Integrated Business Support System (IBSS) architecture across Army and alignment to Defence technical standards and governance requirements.
- Lead and manage business process modelling activities.
- Coordinate definition and delivery of business process modelling activities.
- Develop and sustain business process models in accordance with Defence Business Process Modelling Standards.
- Provide technical training and development on the use of IBSS for Commonwealth employees to expand Army’s capacity for process development and sustainment.
- Support the development of briefing notes and presentations to senior decision makers.
- Ensure successful stakeholder engagement with Defence staff and contractors, including CIOG and Defence Data Division.
About our Team
You will be joining the Directorate of Business Intelligence (DBI) within Army Headquarters. You will lead and manage DBI’s internal business process modelling team. As the Army Business Management System lead, you will also work closely with business process modelling staff across all of Army’s command structures.

Your excellent leadership, communication and management skills will allow you to effectively synchronise business process modelling activities across Army, as well as with external stakeholders.
