We are looking for an artisan Baker Pastry chef to join our team of bakery and pastry team in producing hand crafted artisan bread and pastries.
This is a full-time hands on role with at least 5 years of hands on experience with sourdough bread and laminated pastries with a proven track record producing a range of bread and pastries in a fast paced, high quality production environment.
Experience in milling flour would be an advantage for the position
