We're looking to hire a permanent
Maintenance Electrician on behalf of our client, a successful packaging manufacturer. Due to the nature of the role, a background in food/beverage/packaging/FMCG manufacturing maintenance is essential. The company produces a range of products and have high standards in the quality to meet their clients needs.
The roleAs a skilled
Maintenance Electrician the role will have you undertake a variety of tasks ranging from project work & insulations through to general and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and problem solving.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the day to day efficient running of Plant Equipment.
- Maintenance of plant and equipment inc; Preventative maintenance.
- Diagnostics and fault finding.
- Process improvement of plant and equipment.
- Operate & Service Machinery.
- Provide technical support to the production team.
- Promote and adhere to Quality, OHS, GMP and HACCP guidelines.
Experience:Trade Qualified with a minimum of 4 years maintenance experience in a similar role in Manufacturing environments.
- Valid A grade electrical licence
- Experience using CMMS systems.
- Hands on with an enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Work autonomously and be a self-starter to be a part of an engaged team.
- Forklift licence is an advantage.
