About the Role
The Performance Analyst is responsible for providing and analysing a range of data to support strategic decision making, departmental planning, and governance accountability. The position also contributes to establishing, utilising and administering reporting tools and databases relevant to the collection, analysis, storage and retrieval of the department’s data.
The Performance Analyst assists in the development of new techniques and methodologies relating to data collection, data management, and reporting, which support policy implementation and development to ensure efficient work practices within the workgroup/unit.

Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

RemunerationASO4: $75,430 - $79,070 per annum plus superannuation
