About the Opportunity
The Complaints Management Teamprovide a quality mediation and education complaint managementservice, achieving the timely resolution of school and preschoolcomplaints.
This role promotes best practice and provides expert advice andconsultation services on a range of complaints based on significantdiscipline knowledge of government and education complaint handlingprocesses. This role undertakes a range of complaint functions thatincludes the resolution of complaints in an effective, timely, fairand transparent manner in line with the departments ComplaintManagement Policy and Procedure.
Qualifications
Desirable: A degree in education, publicpolicy, social work, mediation or related field.

Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department forHuman Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior tobeing employed which is required to be renewed every five yearsbefore expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN–EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect -Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course orthe online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to beupdated every three years.

Remuneration
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well asopportunities for professional development and careeradvancement.
ASO6: $97,022 - $102,626 per annum plus superannuation.
