About the Opportunity
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Case Manager to work within a friendly and experienced team.
The Case Manager provides information and advice on redeployment processes and practices and undertakes active case management and career transition processes to deliver successful outcomes for unplaced and excess corporate employees. The role primarily works with individuals and their managers, to ensure access to support services and career development opportunities for unplaced and excess employees. Case management and career transition programs are delivered in accordance with whole of government standards and timeframes.
Qualifications
Desirable: A tertiary qualification in behavioural sciences, human resources or similar, or equivalent relevant experience.

Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
ASO6: $97,022 - $102,626 per annum plus superannuation.
