The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the development and delivery of multiple department related user experience journey reforms, which will inform key critical strategic decisions for the provision of future services to corporate, school and preschool sites and staff across the state. The Salesforce Capability team will look to capture and challenge the current business processes, with the aim of simplifying user experiences, delivering streamlined processes and procedures whilst aligning information systems with current ICT strategic objectives and industry standards.Working within this context, the Senior Business Analyst will deliver a thorough business and technical analysis of multiple existing systems and journeys, including associated processes and systems and the potential benefits, impacts and opportunities in transitioning to a new system and service provider. The role will produce detailed user journey maps, business and technical process mapping, specifications and requirements for both current and future systems via discovery processes. They will also be working closely with project business and technical analyst staff, business and technical subject matter experts, potential vendors and external service providers in several specialized streams to ultimately deliver a unified options analysis in accordance with the project plan and schedule.Why work with usBy joining our team, you will:

The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.For all other Special Conditions please refer to the attached Position Descriptions.Application Instructions
