About the Opportunity
The Senior Strategic Intelligence Analyst, within the Prevention team, plays a pivotal role in providing high-quality research, data-collection, analysis, and visualisation to support the development of recommendations driving the strategic direction of regulatory efforts across the business, including its priority areas. Working closely with the Principal Strategic Intelligence Analyst, this role undertakes complex statistical data-collection and analysis. Additionally, the Senior Strategic Intelligence Analyst conducts proactive research on best practice regulation, compliance, and prevention strategies. Furthermore, this position may contribute to investigations aimed at identifying risks, issues, or trends as required.

Special Conditions for Employment
Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the AGD finds satisfactory. Successful applicants will be provided further information if an interview is requested. Forms are not to be lodged directly with SA Police (SAPOL) under any circumstances and any fees incurred by applicants in doing so will not be recoverable from the AGD.
Some out of hours work may be required.
Some interstate and intrastate travel may be required.
