critical business improvement programs, projects and services to drive modernisation of business processes
across the department’s central divisions through the identification and adoption of digital technologies. The
ICT Business Partner plays a key role in delivering the ICT Services’ divisional and overarching departmental
strategic agenda, and will work to actively link lines of business and ICT strategies and initiatives to align with
stakeholder long term business plans and strategic objectives.
The role plans, implements and evaluates high quality, customer centric Business Partnering services that
deliver strategic engagement with executive and senior management and identify, evaluate and deliver ICT
modernisation programs that are tailored to individual Corporate Business unit current and future needs.QualificationsDesirable: Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Communications, Project Management and the practical application of information and communications technology in a service delivery environment.Special ConditionsThe successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
