The Manager Project and Contract Governance is responsible for the strategic leadership and application of effective Project and Contract management practices to support the delivery of the SA Housing Authority's ambitious portfolio of Public, Community and Affordable Housing programs and projects.
The role is vital in guiding the SA Housing Authority's Project and Contract management frameworks to ensure successful project delivery.
The role will support and guide staff who contribute to the Capital Program in Project and Contract management disciplines, drawing on corporate resources, and identifies and implements Project and Contract management improvements and initiatives that can be deployed across the Authority's capital works and construction programs.
The role is also responsible for ensuring consistent, accurate and timely executive level reporting and championing the implementation of Project and compliance with contract management systems within the directorate.
Special Conditions
- Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
Role Status
Long term contract up to 30 June 2026.

Desirable - Project management or related disciplines.
Remuneration
$119,317 - $123,822 (ASO8)
