ASP Level 3 Designer

Edgewater Connections are a well established thriving ASP Level 3, electrical building services, project management and telco services engineering team. We invite you to apply to join our Ausgrid ASP Level 3 design services team. We are strategically located in Sydney's North West, within walking distance to the Norwest Metro Station. Edgewater offers work from home opportunities after initial probationary periods. Due to an increasing of works on hand and a strong desire to continue our momentum, we are seeking the services of an experienced Level 3 design engineer.

The role will be responsible for:

• Liaising with clients to determine their needs
• Liaising with Ausgrid and relevant authorities to manage the project requirements.
• Team project involvement including delegation of tasks and assisting in training of junior engineers. 
• Cross business coordination with other Edgewater Connections engineering and project management teams. 
• Performing detailed design of the projects
• Completing Environmental Impact assessments
• Packaging the project for certification by Ausgrid

You will be the suitable applicant if you possess the following key criteria:-

• At least 5 years of Level 3 Design in NSW and hold Ausgrid design accreditation or are able to apply. 
• Hold an Electrical Engineering Degree OR Electrical Trade qualification with a Cert IV in Electrical Engineering
• Are able and willing to draft your own works on AutoCAD
• Are proficient in the use of industry relevant software programs such as Neara.
• Be trained in completing Environmental Assessments for Ausgrid.
• Can communicate with a broad range of people
