Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and laying of asphalt surfaces according to project specifications.
- Operate equipment such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers.
- Perform manual labour tasks including shovelling, raking, and compacting.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Previous experience in asphalt and or Spray Seal highly desirable
- Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
