Asphalt Supervisor - RS PAV QLD

Job Description:
An opportunity has become available for an Asphalt Supervisor to join our team in Brendale. In this role you will lead and coordinate personnel, whilst managing the plant, suppliers and resources to successfully complete project and maintenance works on time, on budget and achieve Downer's Zero Harm objective.
What you'll bring
You will have previous experience with managing all aspects of supervising an asphalt project including; knowledge of the delivery of contract scope requirements, understanding progress, productivity and performance measurements; building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and;

• Lead by example and continually promote relevant aspects of Zero Harm when engaging with operational teams.
• Exposure in the surfacing industry or civil road construction, road maintenance.
• Successful track record with planning, organising and time management.
• High focus on quality outcomes to drive, best practice pavement construction processes.
• Proven experience in identifying opportunities; improvements and solutions.
• Recognised ability to lead & drive accountability throughout the workforce.
• Demonstrated ability with building relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
