The role

Based at our headquarters in Tullamarine, this role is a hands on role where you will be working within the Service team with a diverse range of people to meet SEW's high standards and customer requirements. You will be responsible for:

• Assembling and maintaining mechanical gear boxes and geared motors 
• Preparing products for dispatch
• Ensuring the work environment is kept clean and safety is upheld at all times
• Maintaining a high standard of work
• Adheres to Quality Assurance and OHS standards

About you

• Must have experience with the production processes
• Have a mechanical aptitude
• Have the ability to read and understand instructions as per manufactures specifications
• Experience and ability to work with hand tools
• Ability to work effectively as a team player as well as independently
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• A positive attitude to safety
• Relevant trade qualifications will be an advantage
