Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve store goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Sales & Performance: Drive sales and store targets by implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is always well-presented and fully stocked.
- Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience by fostering a customer-centric environment and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and advance their careers.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent the brands values and brand ethos, ensuring that all store activities align with our brand image and mission.
