Assembly Worker (Full Time Role)

Patriot Campers specialises in the design and manufacture of quality and award winning camper trailers, toy haulers and 4 x 4 accessories. We manufacture and sell directly from the company's premises in Queensland and also through a distribution network of dealers located across Australia and Internationally.  Our mandate is to focus on producing quality products, continue to innovate and strive to exceed our customer expectations by providing outstanding customer service and care.

About the Role

The primary purpose of a Assembly Worker is to perform assembly tasks for Patriot Campers range of products. You will be responsible for meeting production deadlines whilst ensuring the highest quality workmanship. 

This is a Full Time position working 9 days per fortnight (average 38 hrs per week).

Hours of operation are :

Week 1 - 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (Monday - Thursday) and 7.00am -3.30pm (Friday) 

Week 2 - 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (Monday - Thursday) and RDO (Friday)

Duties for this role will include but are not limited to:

• Assemble camper trailers and/or 4 x 4 accessories using basic hand tools
• Perform tasks as per the task list for the assigned area
• Ensure quality of work is the highest priority
• Maintain necessary documentation and follow processes for continual improvement
• Ensure a tidy, organised and safe work space is maintained at all times
• Make efforts to reduce waste of products and production materials

• Basic hand tool experience 
• Previous experience in working with camper trailers, 4 x 4 accessories or vehicle work would be highly regarded
