ABOUT THE ROLE
As the first point of contact, this position plays an integral role in ensuring Momentum Collective creates an inclusive environment in which our clients can access services and support. This role involves a high level of client interaction, via telephone, walk-ins to reception, email etc to assist our clients to find the right supports they need.
This role is designed to provide an effective first response to potential clients through Momentum Collectives’’ No wrong door’’ approach to client care. This role will effectively engage, screen, assess, refer, provide brief intervention and coordinate supports (where required) prior to the client being warm transferred to operations for first engagement with services at Momentum Collective.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You will have high quality customer service experience that is sensitive to the needs of our diverse community.
- Certificate IV Community Services or related field
- Current unencumbered Driver’s Licence
- Satisfactory Criminal record check.
- Current Working with Children Check (NSW)
- NDIS Worker Screening
- Demonstrated experience of working with clients with complex needs. This could include clients who experience mental health, drug and alcohol misuse, homelessness, domestic & family violence or disability
- Case Management experience in the community services sector
- Strong Assessment and case management skills
- Excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills
- The ability and experience to conduct risk assessments via phone
