About Our Client:
Our client, based in Goondoon street Gladstone is seeking an Asset Data officer for a 6-7 month contract. You will be required to work Monday-Friday, 38 hour week.
About the Role:
Provide effective and efficient data entry support, aligned to the business objectives, and in compliance to, applicable the company management systems, policies and procedures, relevant guidelines, and legislative and regulatory requirements,
To be successful for this role you will need the following:
Essential:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a data entry role
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Office 365, SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team in a professional and positive manner, with a “can do attitude’, with ability to be tactful and discrete when dealing with matters of a sensitive nature
- Demonstrated organisational skills, including the ability prioritise tasks with supervision
- Certificate II in Business (Office Administration) or Diploma in Business Administration
