We are a very busy and rapidly expanding boutique brokerage currently recruiting for an Asset Finance Broker to join our vibrant team. We have a constant stream of great quality leads and access to 40+ lenders.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Communicate with a diverse range of customers effectively and efficiently by phone, email or face to face
Understand customer needs and objectives and can ensure they qualify for the type of loan they are applying for
Able to complete all transactions compliantly, ethically and have an eye for detail to ensure lending obligations are being met
Knowledge of individual lender policy and prepare applications to meet facility requirements
Ability to negotiate and influence along with strong objection handling skills and creative thinking
Maintain and develop client relationships while also identifying future finance and other related product opportunities
Self motivated with a passion for success and ability to work unsupervised
Positive and professional with a good sense of humour

Qualification/Certification requirements:
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
