This role offers a unique opportunity to earn more, enjoy greater freedom and flexibility, and be part of a collaborative team. You will be supplied with a steady stream of leads from our Finance brokers and are also expected to bring in your own referral sources.Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Asset Finance, including business loans, business lines of credit, equipment, vehicle & Asset Finance, and personal loans.
- Strong network of referral sources and ability to generate own leads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Write and manage business loans, business lines of credit, equipment, vehicle, and Asset Finance, as well as personal loans.
- Utilize both internally referred leads and self-sourced referrals to secure deals.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients and referral sources.
- Provide exceptional customer service and financial advice to clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes to provide the best possible solutions to clients.
- Competitive Commission Structure: Receive 80% of the final commission on deals you source yourself and 50% on deals from internally referred or paid referral sources. The right applicant should earn in-excess of $150k+ in their first year, surpassing $200k+ in their second.
