Homes North is looking for someone to join our Asset team as an Asset & Maintenance Coordinator (Team Leader). This role will work closely with the Asset Manager, internal and external stakeholders and the Asset team. The role supports key areas of office management, external stakeholder engagement, complaint investigation, team operations, mentoring, reporting, logistics and ensuring team meetings, processes and procedures are effective. This is a full-time position and will be located in Tamworth.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a motivated person with experience in:
- 2-5 years experience in managing, coaching or leading a team or in a leadership role
- Track record of delivering on deadlines, while maintaining high standards of compliance
- Exceptional stakeholder and client management skills
- Manage end to end low level asset management advisory project delivery
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Asset Management, Project Management or another related field
- Experience or understanding of asset/property management or repairs and maintenance (desirable)
- Experience in Project Management and implementation (desirable)
- Experience in a not for profit or community services organisation would be beneficial
- Current Driver’s License
- Current Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to obtain Working With Children Check
