Pay Rate: $39 - $42 per hour (depending on skills and qualifications)

Maxima's Recruitment Services is currently seeking highly motivated individuals for the position of Asset Management Officer (Roads and Drainage) for one of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the effective management of our Council's road and Drainage asset network.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive asset registers for Roads and Drainage.
- Provide technical expertise in utilizing geographical information system (GIS) capabilities.
- Coordinate, undertake, and manage asset data throughout the life cycle.
- Utilize information and systems to develop Asset Management solutions.
- Offer technical assistance in the development of advanced Asset Management plans.
- Assist in the maintenance and continual review of the Council's asset database.
- Collaborate with consulting engineers to provide professional services.
- Provide technical advice and assistance in implementing the Enterprise Asset Management Solution (EAMS).
- Offer advice to internal and external customers regarding asset and service-related inquiries.
- Provide relief support to other team members as needed.
- Possession of a current "C" class driver's license.
- Relevant technical qualification in Infrastructure Asset management or demonstrated experience in Local Government Infrastructure Lifecycle Management.
- Ability to read and interpret "As Constructed" drawings.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Asset Management principles and their application in system and procedure development.
- Understanding of Asset Management Plan development, preferably with knowledge of the International Infrastructure Management Manual approach.
