Senior Asset Management Advisor

Osborne Richardson are currently assisting Redland City Council with a Senior Advisor - Asset Management role, until end of July 2024. The Senior Adviser Asset Management is responsible for developing, implementing and improving asset and services management plans, related budget management, systems and practices to ensure that these assets are sustainably provided and managed to meet current and future corporate and community requirements. Candidates with considerable industry experience and knowledge of Asset Management and the use of enterprise technologies are preferred.
