About the Role
We are currently seeking an Asset Management Support Officer (AMSO) to join our Asset and Development team on a permanent part-time basis (19 hours per week). The primary purpose of the role is to provide administrative support across contractor management, compliance, and Asset Management through our Asset Management information systems. The day-to-day tasks includes:
- Frontline customer service to tenants facilitating maintenance requests received from various mediums.
- Administer the property and tenancy database
- Logging, monitoring and following up on repairs and maintenance requirements
- Working closely with technical trade staff to trouble shoot and resolve maintenance requests
- Maintaining regulatory compliance by facilitating end to end process of maintenance requests
About You
You are an independent and proactive problem solver with strong IT skills and a talent for customer service. While you thrive in a team setting, you also excel at taking ownership of your tasks, always prioritising safety. Your familiarity with the building industry and experience with new construction teams make your contributions seamless and valuable. With your friendly, process-oriented approach, you'll excel in service delivery, troubleshooting, and engaging with tenants over the phone.
