AddressOur client is seeking to appoint an outstanding leader to the position of Financial- Management Accountant, to lead high quality, person centred service delivery.
Reporting to the General Manager (GM) and Company Manager (CM), the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for applying a broad perspective on the ongoing growth and performance of the business in South Australia.
It includes managing the integrity of financial functions of the business including budgeting, reporting, forecasting, margin analysis of products and cash flow. The successful candidate will have experience in managing group banking requirements including payments, financing and foreign exchange cover and lodge BAS Statements.
The position includes collaborating with the GM and CM to ensure best practice leadership and compliance against key result areas and strategic initiatives. The role also involves supervising Administration and Accounting Teams and oversee and maintain Bank Reconciliations, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable
The successful candidate will possess a degree qualification in the Accounting/Finance discipline and a track record in managing financial operations of a like size business. You will also be a strategic and innovative leader, with a track record of service delivery and results.
You will possess highly developed conceptual and analytical skills, coupled with the ability to operate within complex environments. Coupled with well-developed communication and strong problem-solving skills and an attention to detail.
