About the position
The Asset Planner will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement a total asset management investment plan and Capital Works programs, to align with Parliament’s strategic direction.
In addition, the Asset Planner will create and manage multi-year programs and develop project scopes and briefs to maintain and enhance the asset lifecycle data, whilst reviewing levels of service for asset groups and undertaking asset condition assessments.
About you
You will have demonstrated experience in asset management, planning and Capital Works programs. Your knowledge of legislation, regulations, Australian Standards, practices, and guidelines in relation to infrastructure assets and asset management and planning will be key to your success.
You have a proactive approach and enjoy continuously monitoring and improving practices to deliver desired outcomes to your stakeholders. You are curious; self-motivated, and enjoy an active participative and engaging role. Additionally, you will hold the appropriate tertiary qualifications in asset planning, asset management, project management, facilities management, engineering or have demonstrated equivalent relevant professional experience.
