The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role would lead a team of 4 (accounts payable and accounts receivable team and is for someone who is adaptable, friendly and would like to be a part of multicultural team:
- Prepare the financial records for the balance sheet, cash flow and summary reports to be generated.
- General ledger account reconciliations.
- Work collaboratively with Finance Manager to ensure timeliness and relevance of financial information is provided for month end.
- Ensure that the vendor payments are processed timely and accurately.
- Lead Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team and provide support to them in handling and resolving complex cases.
- Maintain processes and controls to ensure accuracy of financial information.
- Responsible for accounting and financial record keeping operations.
The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified with an accounting or business background. You will have 2-3 years' experience in a similar role. You will have exceptional communication skills, a strong eye for detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
