Joining our young, energetic and fast growing Elite Supplements team as a hybrid Assisting B2B Account Manager & Inventory Administrator.
As a B2B Account Manager you will:
- Build relationships with our franchise & corporate store managers in assisting their store ordering
- Manage invoicing of store ordering
- Assist in the receiving in of inventory orders to our main warehouse
- Liaising with suppliers for credits, missing stock items
As an Inventory Administrator you will:
- Manage urgent inventory issues
- Master and troubleshoot our inventory & warehouse management systems
- Uphold maintenance of BIN locations, stock auditing accuracy with our warehouse team
- Schedule and maintenance of stock takes and cycle counting
- Hold warehouse accountable for ad-hoc stock checks, expiries date management and stock administration jobs
- Identify administrative stock areas and processes to streamline
- Ensure clean and quality data in our inventory management systems
To be successful in this role you will:
- Strong customer service and success focus
- Ability to compartmentalise
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Ability to switch contexts with ease (back of house roles vs front of house roles)
- Ability to understand and use multiple systems and understand how they sync
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and quick changing environment
- A preference for order, cleanliness,
- Naturally very well organised and follows through, doesn’t need to be reminded
- 2-3 years full time work experience preferred
