About Us: Dipcro Pastry is a thriving pastry shop located on Chevron Island. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Assistant Baker to join us. We pride ourselves on creating high-quality pastries and baked goods that delight our customers.
Position: We are seeking an Assistant Baker who is passionate about baking and eager to learn and grow within our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a bakery setting and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the head baker with daily baking tasks
- Preparing and measuring ingredients
- Preparing and baking various pastries and baked goods
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Ensuring all baked goods meet our quality standards
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Some experience in a bakery or similar environment is preferable
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work early mornings and flexible shifts, including weekends
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
